Covers mandatory poses, quarter turns, transitions, stage presence, 30 second morning routine preparation, and overall posing critiques
Each Mandatory Sessions is 30 minutes in length
Sessions are conducted on Whatsapp live video
All categories are available for posing coaching
Detailed before & after pictures
Posing notes for EACH POSE updated after each session
Open communication via Whatsapp for notes, updates, tips, etc. between sessions

3 mandatory practice sessions (including morning walkout, transitions, mandatory poses, and quarter turns)
A custom finals posing with video of Rachel Daniels performing your routine for reference
2 finals routine practice sessions with Rachel to perfect routine, nail timing, work on overall flow, etc)
MP3 custom music cut for your finals routine song for show day

What You Receive:

4 sessions a month (must commit to weekly sessions) for 3 month commitment
We will work with you to build your own website and launch it by mentorship completion date offering your posing and linking it to all socials
Mock client sessions with Lois Lane in which you will teach her as your client and learn how to engage and educate your future clients in a session with real world practice scenarios
We will work with you to find your price point in the industry and market yourself
Learn the hacks of social media, what to post, how to post, where to post, and when to post so that you can build a clientele on your own moving forward
Teach you how to edit music for your clients and provide them with show day music for their routines (WPD, CLASSIC, BODYBUILDING finals routine categories)
We will cover mandatory poses, quarter turns, and transitions of EVERY category of your choosing so you are able to instruct your clients in any division
You will receive homework assignments after each session to make sure you are retaining the knowledge and skills that you learn in sessions
Feedback From Me - (in response to your proactive updates) to keep you on track
